Don't you just love the Holidays? For some people, they only decorate for Christmas. But, in our home, it is a family tradition to try to collect special items, year by year, and bring those "holiday treasures" out for that "special day". Go ahead! Enjoy Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's Day, Easter, July 4th, etc.
Sure, for some holidays, you may start out with only a few items. Just add to your "stash" each year. It is fun to make your home colorful and festive. Your children or grandchildren will especially enjoy it. And, if you have no "little ones" around, do it for YOU. It is a sure way to get rid of the "seasonal blahs".
Whether it be showcasing one room with all of your favorite collections on a shelf, whatever. It is your home. Make it cheerful. Let your personality show.
