This garland is made of homespun and sewn into chains which link together. Just like the paper chains you made in elementary school. It has lots of great prim colors: burgundy, navy, green, etc. Would look darling on a prim tree at Christmas. Or hung across an old wooden cupboard. It is 122 inches long.

This Primitive Rag Garland has ALL the colors that you want, need, and love! Trust me! It has navy, green, and burgundy. It has stripes, plaids, and checks. It was really long, so I sort of looped it together, but it does stretch out in one long garland.

Yes, I did tie each of the strips of homespun on the jute. And, yes, it takes a really long time to make these, but I work on a garland while watching t.v. The length of this one is a LONG one and very full! Perfect. It is 80" in length. On each end of the rag garland, I have made loops in the jute for you. That way, you can use the loops to hang the garland. Or, you can just drape it over a cupboard, etc. Some ladies like to use them to decorate across a fireplace mantel.
